Carolina Pines Inn

We've been here two months and counting due to orders being messed up. We are in the pet units and they could definitely udpated. They are clean though and most of the staff is friendly. There are free laundry machines, a kind of full kitchen, dog friendly areas, drinks and food at the TLF office, and a good amount of fresh towels. Not exactly comfortable for 2 months straight but enough to get us by. We have switched units 3 times and each one had their own small problems which were easy to fix but irritating. My only complaints are: 1) I wish there were a way for staff to work around shift work and/or at least keep a consistent schedule. They either show up at 830 or 3 and it's hard to work around them. 2) The dog kennel is barely big enough for one of our 100 pound dogs. We don't put both of them in there unless we expect house keeping. We may have the don't disturb sign up more than we should but I'm not forcing our dogs to be so stressed and uncomfortable that they fight.

Our room was absolutely beautiful! The staff was great and everything smelled new. The washer and dryer in the unit is brand new along with a very comfortable clean bed. Perfect for us.
