WoodSpring Suites Charleston Airport

My friend booked a room here for the night, and the night before they said he could check in early at noon. No one was at the check in desk, and when we finally got in touch with someone over the phone, they told us we had to wait until 1pm to check in. We come back later to get settled in and notice a roach on the wall. Squash the roach and go to flush it... The toilet doesn't work. After that, it was just a game of spot the roach. We counted 8 in a span of 15mins. And why does the entire hallway smell like fried food? 2 stars for the laughs
