PHARMACIST RUDE, TECHNICIAN LIED, THEY ASKED IF I WANTED TO PAY FOR A MOUNTAIN DEW, I BROUGHT IN. I ARRIVED AT 835, AND the Pharmacist said she could not read my Dr's handwriting, she would need to call and verify the amount, dosage, well it's the same as always. I was in tremendous pain, and told her that I would wait. After 20 minutes they filled my other Rx's and I was going to wait for the verification before I paid, so it would be one charge, I asked Abby, the pharmacist and Felicia the technician, had they heard from my Dr, she replied no, I left a message, I asked her did she tell them that I was there and all she would say, was I called and lm. So I went to pay for the rx's, they already filled, and tried to use a particular credit card, and the chip didn't work, I asked could I swipe it instead and Felicia told me no, they couldn't. (Lie). So it's 10 am now, and I am in tremendous pain, so I called my Dr's office and they called the pharmacist for me, and she still made me wait 20 minutes. I rarely drive, and I was wanting to get home soon. Ok, so they finally filled my RX, and that's when they wanted me to pay for a Diet Mountain Dew, I came in with. I will never go back, no compassion, or empathy, and they were giggling, and laughing between the two.
Very inmature, unprofessional, and do not need to be working at a Pharmacy, you are supposed to have compassion. If they keep this behavior up, they are going to cause someone to give up, I was literally shaking, when I left. So arrived at 8:35, and left at 11.00, really, very cruel. I don't want anyone treated the way, I was, the people who were getting their prescriptions this morning, I was the only one physically that looked and felt like I needed a RX. I rarely drive, so I am so disappointed, and wish I had every penny that I have paid them in 2.5 yrs. I am going somewhere else, lying is unacceptable, and should not be tolerated my employer.
