I have a relative that used to live in here. She moved out because they were adding other tenants bill on her account and they tried to have an almost 250 dollar light bill on her when she wasn't even home for a month and a half. So how does the light bill get so high when no one was there. These people in the office don't have a clue on what they are doing. The reason they can't get nobody to renew they lease or sign here is because they don't want to fix nothing and the whole place is invested with roaches. Resident's getting fed up. They were paying SEWAGE, WATER and LIGHTS. They were charging tenants 5 dollars a day if the rent wasn't paid by the 3rd. Which state law says the 5th. Just glad my relative found her a 3 bedroom brand new house for 300 dollars cheaper than what she was paying here. Oh and did I mention that they are being investigated by my relative uncle who is a JUDGE and a LAWYER! AND THOSE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FROM PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE
