I am beyond disappointed! If you have time to waste and don't mind receiving whatever they feel you should have versus what you paid for, this is the place for you!! Since I MUST give one star, the young lady working the sales floor was very courteous and helpful.
I walked around carefully choosing items that I wanted. When it was time to pay, we asked the total and Rosa (who we dealt with) was more concerned with getting us to finance. She even seemed annoyed that we were asking for prices. We were charged sales tax twice and when we called to let her know the next day, she was unbothered and made no attempts to rectify.
We took the purchased items to our new home in Charlotte only to find that only one of the five items purchased was in good condition/correct. The mirror I purchased was obviously used and inoperable. The chest of drawers purchased for my bedroom was the completely incorrect color. We purchased black and received gray. The white chest of drawers that I purchased for my child was not what I received. I guess I should at least appreciate the fact that it's the right color so I'll ignore the big glob of brown wood glue on the top. The dining set which we mulled over for a while...completely different color than purchased. The dresser and mirror...no screws so the mirror is now propped against the wall.
Again, when we called to let them know. Rosa was not concerned and even lied and said that the order was received as purchased. We were told that the correct items would be reordered... indicating that they KNEW they gave us the incorrect pieces. I was told that we would have to bring all items back and then new items would be ordered. This is unacceptable. I want my items as ordered and not at any more of an inconvenience to me than already caused. At least have the decency to apologize and show concern.
I was so excited to find the items I wanted and to get home an hour and a half away and have everything wrong and/or broken was beyond frustrating. I am waiting to see how this company makes this situation right and will gladly adjust my review accordingly.
