took sim cards ,trashed them and said she couldn't give me my money back. In the store i was told my service was transferred, coustomer services said i wasn't tried twice to return their phones, the employees were busy laughing and talki g and no noone knew what to do , had to take them to columbia to return them without a problem. worse experience ever!

Clean store located in the local mall with ample parking. However, this store is not an “official” T-Mobile store and you will probably not receive the same level of service that is typically offered at a store directly controlled by T-Mobile. From the brief in-store experience that I received, will never visit this store again. Unfortunately for anyone that resides in Sumter, it is the only full sized T-Mobile store within a 50-mile radius and the staff at the store clearly take advantage of the lack of local competition.
