SUBWAY®Restaurants

The food is, of course, amazing! Just don't like some of the servers I get.

On Christmas Eve we arrived to eat at 3:45pm. No sign was visible or posted about closing at 4pm. We ordered our food and, as we were waiting we heard about the closing . There was a young lady who appeared in charge, who quite obviously did not want to wait on anyone. She was rude, short in temperament, and made several curt comments to her companion while waiting on us! We sat and ate as quickly as possible as other clients were turned away. At 4:05 pm she came out from the back and stated, y'all have to leave cause we're closed! I ended up throwing away the remains of my meal. I wonder if the owner of this franchise would appreciate her treatment of ALL of their faithful clientele? I realize it was a holiday, but there is NO EXCUSE for bad service or attitude when you work in a service based industry. My money and time are better spent in DUE WEST, where I have had nothing but exemplary services.
