I am editing a previous positive review. The process of buying our vehicle from Southern Cars was great, the vehicle is great. What is not so great is the follow up after the purchase. It took numerous phone calls to finally have the paperwork sent to us, and because of the delay, the warranty we were promised was expired by the time we FINALLY received it. To top it off, they did not enclose proof of sales tax paid in SC (we are from TN) so we had to pay an extra $200 in sales tax to register our vehicle. I was promised by an employee that we would be reimbursed for this extra charge, and 2 weeks later we have not received it. I'm just tired of having to continually call to get what we were promised. Very frustrating that after the sale, we seem to become an afterthought. Really thought this dealership was different than the normal, disappointed that it's not.
