I have been banking with this Bank since I was 15 years old and I am now almost 39. I have always brag that this was the best thing ever but today I had a negative experience. I plainly explain to the banker what I wanted to do. I explained to the young lady that my account was in the negative but I wanted to cash the check but NOT deposit it because my taxes would take care of the negative balance and she shook her head and agreed okay I can do that for you. I made it clear NOT to deposit it into my account to only cash it and she said okay. When she came back to the window she gave me a receipt and receipt only and I said where is the cash from the check she said oh no we have to deposit it if you're in the negative. I was highly pissed because I clearly explained to her that I wanted it CASHED!!! She knew exactly what she was doing and FLAT out lied to my face!!! This is bad business!!!! It will not happen again I can promise them that!!!
