Planters Trace Apartments

Good luck getting your deliveries. The building numbers are impossible to see from the parking lot and most of the apartments aren't marked with letters or numbers

The absolute worst place to lay your head at night or call home. I have woken up with roaches in my bed. (we are clean people!) I cant leave an open soda on my side table or coffee table for more than 10 minutes with out being worried a bug will climb in it or on it. (I've already swallowed a bug!) We have continued to try to get in contact with the district manager (Tracy) but she has been avoiding us. Shannon has lied to my fiancee about setting dates with me to have pest control come out to sprey (which has not made barely any difference for the last 4 months). To pay 1000 a month and have my skin crawling every time I step foot in my home is exhausting. This place needs to be shut down and taken over by people who can afford to take care of it properly. I have video to prove it!!
