Palmetto Hardware

I arrived at True Value at 11:52 am. I was told they were closed. I had previously called around 11:30 am about a product and I verified that the store would close at noon. I made the white, blond, short haired female aware of the time. She told me they closed at 11:55 am. I told her it wasn't even 11:55. She still proclaimed that the store was closed. I guess they don't honor their store's hours on Saturdays? Maybe they had something important to do? Maybe they don't value customers? I don't know but I will spend my money somewhere else in the future.
