Normally I love Moe''s and I've ate at multiple locations, but this one has been VERY disappointing.
I usually get pinto beans on my food, but the ones they had out were dried up and stuck to the container they were in, which I just politely informed them to pass on the beans. While eating, it wasn't the best tasting I've had at Moe's but I understand each place would be a little different or different times of day would affect it, but the food tasted old and dry and the guacamole wasn't even smashed up all the way, we found half an avocado in our bowl of guacamole that was nearly impossible to smash up to eat. The employees brought all the trash piled up from the back through the dining area in an overloaded garbage can, bumping through the customers and their tables. If there isn't a back exit to dispose of waste, there needs to be one put in, it's not sanitary or anything customers want to see while eating, especially smell when they pass right by our table like they did. Tables were dirty and weren't being wiped down, staff wasn't friendly and acted as if they didn't know what they were doing, and they just stood around on their phones behind the counter instead of cleaning up the place or refilling the tea dispenser, which wasn't sweetened. Only person I saw doing anything was the manager who came out and filled the empty napkin dispensers and asking customers if the food was any good.
