Awful location, dishonest and sneaky. When they don’t want to deal with you, they purposely input your information into the system incorrectly so that it comes back denied and they escort you right out. We contacted the lender directly to see why it would say that, and they let us know it wasn’t a typo, there were *several* fields they entered incorrectly, despite having our information on plain paper right in front of the rep who entered it. The lender corrected our information in the system, we were immediately approved, and we took our business elsewhere that the lender also partnered with. Do not waste your time with this crooked location.
