One of the employees handed me the phone, and someone from corporate named Steve Dave asked me a few weird questions, then gave me a free coffee coupon for some other store. I just wish this place didn't actually have crickets jumping around all over the place. It was unsettling and gross. Overall I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.
