My 91 year old Father has a dachshund , Sally Ann who is gentle as a lamb to everyone, and they made us lock up when the caregiver was there. Then they said there were feces in the house and this was not the case, as we are there 2 times a day to check on him. Maybe being locked up she had an accident. My dad has accidents too. The lady who came played on her phone and left a sandwich on the table with no drink or covering. Every week there was something wrong that we needed to change. They also quit us with no notice, just let me know Thursday when she was to come on Friday. Now we are in a bind. They were recommended by the VA to help my father who lives alone with his dog, and has dementia and is diabetic and has heart condition. My sister and brother and I work and needed some help. We go to his house 2-3 times a day to check on him. No help here. I am so disappointed.
