My experience with Rick Hendricks Toyota service department has always been "top shelf." Miss Jessi has taken care of all of my automotive needs for the past couple of years. She is consistently professional, courteous, and eager to help. I know that when I call on her I will always be treated as if I were her only customer, no matter how menial the task is to be performed on my truck. In an age where professionalism has taken a backseat to convenience Rick Hendricks Toyota and specifically miss Jessi stands in stark contrast to what I experience regularly in the workplace.
