The doctors and Nurse were great. When I asked if my husbands contacts were ready they told me they had not ordered them yet since he had not called to state how the trial pair was. I told them to go ahead and order his as well as mine. Since I have been wearing contacts for 3 years I don't need the trial pair. I told them to order mine the day of my appt. 2 days later they call and tell me my husbands are there for pick up. They did not order mine because I did not call and tell them too.... Yet I told them to place the order the day of my appointment and was told ok. Not ok.
