Returning from a long trip on a Saturday my engine warning light came on. Stopped and phoned Fort Mill Ford and spoke to Big Dave who immediately booked my 2015 Escape in for repair on the Monday. The vehicle was taken in by Big Dave and an omissions sensor was replaced under the warranty with no hassle and the service level was excellent. Continue to recommend Fort Mill Ford and their Team especially Big Dave and Frank.
