Dunkin' Donuts

This is the third time visiting this location and the wait time in the drive thru gets longer and longer. This morning I made sure to give myself 10 extra minutes to allow enough time to order and wait. After ordering I sat in line for 8 minutes only moving forward enough for the next car to order. I, along with two others got out of line so that we could make it to our destinations. This is utterly ridiculous and by far the slowest, most inconsiderate location that I've ever visited. I will not be back. I have better luck at the QT down the street.

Stopped for coffee. Asked if their sugar free syrup for lattes had citric acid in it (I'm allergic to it). The lady working drive thru asked me to come to the window & let me view the label just to be safe. Then I had a question about the sugar-free status because I didn't see any familiar sugar replacements. She got her manager who was super kind & patient. Starbucks has citric acid in their coffee syrups as does Torani. I drove away a very happy customer with my first latte in months! The staff went above & beyond to provide me with a great experience. Thanks!
