Customer service goes a long way. Need to staff morning breakfast shift with professional people. The oversized lady working the drive through this morning was very rude as if someone had pissed her off didn't want to be there and just threw my order in the bag to where the biscuit and gravy had mixed itself. My foot was cold and biscuit tasted like it had been sitting there since early this am without being kept warm. I know next time to drive to the other location for breakfast.
