Had a nice experience, have in the past as well.

Rude, When someone calls and asks for someone, most would say No he longer works here, or something along the line instead of hanging up. I tried to call again and the lady was even ruder, by stating 'NO KEVIN ISN'T here, we are NOT INTERESTED and hung up."' How do you know if it wasn't something THEY could help me with? needless to say this place deserves a 0 star if possible, horrible customer service!
