American Freight Furniture and Mattress

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Whoever Mr. E is, he is rude & unprofessional! We have been waiting 3 days now for our furniture to be delivered & they have been giving us the run around! First, they told us they seen the furniture go out. Then, they couldn’t locate the furniture & they had a mixup in the computer. I called the next day after waiting once again, only to be told our furniture was still in the store but it would be delivered later that night. Still no furniture! I call today & Mr. E kept cutting me off & trying to rush me off the phone. He didn’t want to rectify the situation or offer a solution! I will never do business with them again & I encourage anyone else not to do so!

The service was great! It took some time to get my order in because it was out of stock but as soon as I picked out something else it was delivered the same day. I’m pleased with my furniture.
