After becoming a new client of Aiken & Company, I can now understand/relate to how I neglected my other agency, who provided my business insurance, how poor their service was, until a rep with Aiken & Co showed up at my office taking the time to explain not only their service capabilities, then went the extra leg and actually explained in detail how they could streamline the insurance policies required for my business, and since moving over to Aiken & Company, I will admit they came highly recommended from numerous referrals, and after my own research, I realized that Aiken & Co's longevity should be enough proof in itself, since they've been in business for over 100 years, they have a proven track record and my experience so far does not lead to any change in the near future.
