Earlier today I called this store asking about a battery I saw online for my girlfriends car. After not starting this morning she needed a new one pronto so I began to look online for the fairest priced battery. The battery in question is an AutoCraft Automotive Economy Battery, Group Size 26R, 450 CCA. Priced at $69.99 online and in stock according to the website. I called to ask them if they could put it aside for her until she got off work and could go get it. Upon arrival there she was told by employees there that they had in fact received my call but didn't have that particular battery and the next best was was over $100. She was then forced to have someone else come jump her off and go to a different store. Frustrated I called the store where I waited just to even have someone answer the phone only to be put on hold. After waiting several minutes I hung up and called the customer service number which has had me on hold long enough to go online and write this entire rant. I've been an Advanced Auto Parts customer long before I could even drive and this incident is nothing short of unacceptable.
