I'd like to give no stars. They are terrible for their customer service and now I find out that they "repaired" the same issue two times prior and it was just a slap of a band-aid on the bigger issue. I can only guess to continue charging service calls becasue they didn't know how to properly repair the issue?
Last week, I had made multiple calls to set up an appointment. It took them 3 days to return my call and two rescheduled. Finally, they called last Thursday at 11:30am to say they would be at my home by 1:00pm. I quickly returned home and stayed there until 4:00pm and they never showed. I called both the office and the 'emergency line" 4 times to follow-up and inquire as to what happened with no reply or return call.
I will NEVER use them again. What a waste of time and money!
