Accent Sewing

Totally disappointed. Specifically asked for replacement needles for Baby Lock Alliance which is specified in my manual as Organ HAX 130 EBBR, which is the same as multi-needle machines and was sold a different size needles which have a smaller shank. Also asked how long it would take to clean my machines and was told 3 to 6 weeks or more. It seems if you are that backlogged you should hire additional servicing staff. Also, staff was not all that friendly. I would rather drive the 8 hours to MD for servicing/cleaning. It's free and doesn't take but a day or two.
