They were being paid by the state to drive my 82 yo mother to and from her dialysis appointments. They dropped her with 2 days notice because she needed more help getting in and out of the car.
We never saw any of the vehicles they show on their Facebook page either. It's a motley collection on cars and van - whoever they happen to have driving. The first driver she had was good but it went down from there.
If you can, go with one of the other providers.
