1.99 Cleaners

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS. Price is great but they ruined 7 shirts and 2 pants in the past 6-8 months or so. Just last week they ruined another 2 shirts. I was told by the weekend supervisor to replace the shirts and bring in my receipt. I did that and even went as far as to purchase shirts that were on sale. When I showed up with my receipt the manager/owner refused to refund my money or credit my account. It had blue in on the back of a new shirt from shoulder to base of shirt as well as a stain and pulled fabric on another - like I ruin my own shirts. I do not carry anything in my pockets ever. They cleaned the new shirt and then gave it back to me telling me that they did not ruin my article of clothing. This is a continuing problem and they take no responsibility for their mistakes. The owner is rude and provides no customer service to keep customers. PASS THIS ON AND BE WARNED!!!
